Welcome to the Monterey County Convention and Visitors Bureau web site organized exclusively for meeting planners. We offer FREE assistance to all individuals, corporate groups, incentive travel planners and others that are interested in exploring Monterey for a meeting or group function with a minimum of ten people. Our professional staff acts as a liaison between your association, company or group and our member hotels, attractions and convention facilities. We offer a wide variety of collateral materials, many of which are provided to your attendees free of charge, depending on your room block.
